From installation to a checked result

  1. Run a read-only scan

    Open StackLens in Shopify Admin and start a scan. Review whether the scan completed before relying on counts or comparisons.

  2. Inspect the evidence behind a finding

    Review the recorded start and end dates, combination settings and usage-limit signals. Overlapping dates do not prove two discounts can apply to the same cart.

  3. Open the discount in Shopify

    Use the Admin link to inspect its current configuration. Decide whether to change it in Shopify; StackLens never enables, disables or edits discounts.

  4. Rescan and compare compatible results

    After any changes, run a fresh scan. Pro comparisons require compatible complete scans. Interpret reported usage counts with their stated limitations, not as real-time order analytics.

Common questions

Can StackLens tell me exactly what a shopper will pay?

No. It reviews discount definitions and configuration signals, not live carts or checkout eligibility.

Does the app stop conflicting promotions?

No. It is read-only. You review the evidence and make any intended changes in Shopify.

Where should I install or manage my plan?

Use the official Shopify App Store listing to install. Open the app from Shopify Admin after installation. Any paid-plan approval happens in Shopify, never through a payment form on this page.
